EMC braiding

Application area
In case of higher requirements for EMC and EMI protection, it is possible to create it by means of special copper shielding braiding.

Structure
By using different numbers of wires and an optimized number of clappers, an optical coverage of 100% can theoretically be achieved.

Advantages

• The optimized shielding braid is always adapted to the individual cable diameters.
• Cable branches are braided several times using special technology.
• Transitions from small cable diameters to relatively large connector diameters are also included in the high coverage via certain manufacturing processes.
• The result of this type of cable shielding is to achieve the highest possible coverage at every point without making the complete cable system too stiff.
